DLC is a program initiated by NEEP, the Northeast Energy Efficiency Cooperation Organization of the United States, which mainly tests and certifies the quality, performance and energy efficiency of lighting equipment. DLC certification cycle is 3-4 weeks, and DLC certification fee includes test fee+registration fee (based on product evaluation)
DLC Certified Product Range
1. Outdoor pillar/cantilever type area and road lamps;
2. Outdoor column/cantilever decorative lamps;
3. Outdoor wall mounted area lamps;
4. Wall washing lamp;
5. Landscape/emergency floodlights and spotlights;
6. Service station lamp/parking lot lamp;
7. LED panel light;
8. LED lamp, etc;
Dlc certification application process:
1. Apply for DLC network access account;
2. At the same time, submit the product to the authorized laboratory for testing;
3. The laboratory shall issue LM-79 and ISTMT temperature test and IES ***ument reports;
4. At the same time, LM-79 data is used to apply for online listing of LED lighting facts program;
5. Download the application form through the DLC account and fill in the application form. At the same time, upload LM-79 and ISTMT temperature test and IES file reports, LM80 reports.
6. If the pre audit is passed (only the data is completely audited), payment is required;
7. Final audit results will be fed back after two weeks of audit. If successful, it will be listed; If unsuccessful, resubmit it.
Data required for DLC certification
1. Test report (LM79 report+temperature rise report ISTMT); 2. Safety regulations * * * (ETL or UL); 3 Lamp bead. LM80 report; 4. Lamp bead specification; Annual warranty statement (with template); 6. Power supply specification (required for advanced version); 7. Product Specifications (Installation Instructions) |
