LM82 is the follow-up standard of LM79, which stipulates the electrical and optical tests of LED light engine (SSL, I think) and integral LED lamp at different temperatures after the temperature is raised. It mainly includes the following * * *: a. The sample to be tested needs to provide the temperature monitoring point Tb and the temperature monitoring point Td of the power supply (not mandatory). b. Initial test - test the power, luminous flux and color parameters according to Section IX of LM79 at an ambient temperature of 25 ¡À 1 ℃, and monitor the Tb value at this time, which is recorded as Tbi. c. Calibration test: adjust the ambient temperature to make Tb reach the ambient temperature (25 ¡À 1 ℃) at the time of initial test, then test the power, luminous flux and color parameters, and monitor and record the Tb value at this time, which is recorded as Tb0. d. * * * Secondary temperature rise test: adjust the ambient temperature to make Tb reach Tb0+25 ℃, then test the power, luminous flux and color parameters, monitor and record the Tb value at this time, and record it as Tb1. E. Second temperature rise test: adjust the ambient temperature to make Tb reach Tb0+50 ℃, then test the power, luminous flux and color parameters, monitor and record the Tb value at this time, and record it as Tb2. f. The above measured data shall be processed according to the standard to obtain the photometric characteristics after temperature rise. g. As mentioned in the standard, it is recommended to use a temperature controlled integrating sphere for temperature control. Other methods must be able to control the temperature at Tb point without affecting the photometric test.
