When we apply for many energy efficiency certification projects, we need to use the corresponding test reports. Today, I will brief you on the basic contents of these projects
1กข Lm79
Lm79 defines the test methods for the total luminous flux, electric power, light intensity distribution, color parameters, color uniformity and other parameters of ssl products. This standard includes led and ssl products with integrated led lights (only ac or dc drives are required). This standard does not include ssl products (led chips, led packages, led modules, etc.) An external drive circuit or an external radiator is required. Ssl is different from the traditional principle of filament white flag luminescence and gas discharge luminescence. It consists of semiconductor electroluminescence, including led, oled, laser diode (ld) and light-emitting polymer. In general, the test can be divided into integrating sphere test and distribution photometer test:
Integrating ball test: voltage, current, power, color temperature, color rendering index, spectral distribution.
Distribution photometer test: voltage, current, power, total luminous flux, light intensity distribution, color uniformity.
For lm79, the integrating sphere test does not measure the luminous flux, otherwise it requires very complex steps such as auxiliary lamps.
Second, lm80
Lm80 refers to the measurement of light sources. "Light source" refers only to encapsulation, arrays and modules. The key points are as follows:
a. The aging process shall be separated from the testing process, and the temperature of tc point shall be strictly controlled to 55, 85 or the temperature specified by the supplier. After aging to the specified test interval, return to the test environment for photometric test.
